Paul Fletcher MRICS

Paul has worked as a quantity surveyor for over 30 years in construction, commencing as a company trainee with the great George Wimpey Ltd. After six years of service between 1976 and 1982, he moved to a medium sized contractor, and after a further five years became Financial Manager of a specialist curtain walling company during a period of rapid growth culminating in it's acquisition by Solaglas.

In 1987 he set up as co-director a project management company, which successfully operated for seven years through turbulent times within the industry. Eventually Paul resigned to return to his roots as a quantity surveyor and project manager in mainstream construction.

During his 30 years service Paul has been involved in numerous projects, and the following Clients represent a few highlights:-

Andrew Swingler BSc (Hons)

Following a 3 year background in Building Surveying, Andrew has spent the last 6 years working as a Quantity Surveyor. He has worked on a variety of projects ranging in value from £100,000 to £40,000,000.
