Projects Recently Completed by FS Partnership Limited include:

Kenward House Annexe - £850,000 - 6700 sq ft

Solar panels on Kenward House RoofFS Partnership Ltd were appointed as project managers and quantity surveyors for the construction of an 18 bed residential care home.

The new annexe was of traditional block cavity construction. En-suite facilities were installed to each of the bedrooms with one room being designated as a disabled facility. A disabled lift was installed to comply with current legislation.

Front view of Kenward HouseThis project was made challenging by the incorporation of photovoltaic and solar panels to the roof and the installation of a rainwater harvesting system.

The building also housed office and recreational rooms and included a special detox room. A glazed link was installed to link the new annexe to the existing administration block, and the project was completed with some landscaping works.

CAT B City Fit out for a large Investment Management Company £1.8 million - 15,000 sq ft

FS Partnership Limited were appointed as Financial Managers to undertake surveying duties on a CAT B City fit out. The works comprised the creation of a new comms room, new high quality offices, open plan area and a boardroom clad with fabric panelling.

Fan coil units were relocated to suit new office positions and new power and data were installed to the new open plan area. Both a tea point and two copy areas were created including stone worktop and joinery units.

Croydon - Grosvenor House £500,000 - 12,000 sq ft

FS Partnership Limited were appointed as Financial Managers to undertake surveying duties on the refurbishment of 3 floors at Grosvenor House. The works comprised the creation of new offices and an open plan area to accommodate additional staff. Both a CCTV system and access control system were installed along with new floor boxes and floor coverings. A disabled toilet was created and the existing toilets were replaced with new. A new comms room was constructed and was linked to the upper floors of the building.

The works were originally restricted to the 1st floor, however due to successful completion, the client decided to refurbish parts of levels 3 and 9.

Wealden Centre £100,000 - 10,000 sq ft

We have recently successfully completed the project management and quantity surveying for the refurbishment of first floor listed office space at Castle Road in Tonbridge Kent for Kenward Trust. The works involved revised partition layout, alterations to the electrical installation with the introduction of voice and data cabling, new boiler installation, alteration to the existing heating system and general upgrading and decoration works.
