Quantity Surveying

Our Quantity Surveying service provides for the following key areas within the full life cycle of a building from inception to the end of it's designed lifespan :-

As Project Managers FSP will look after the Client's best interests in the following key areas:-

  • Developing the brief
  • Feasibility studies on options
  • Risk analysis and management exercises
  • Estimating the budget and management program
  • Advising on project team selection
  • Establishing lines of communication and managing information flow
