Quantity Surveying
Our Quantity Surveying service provides for the following key areas within the full life cycle of a building from inception to the end of it's designed lifespan :-

Project Management
As Project Managers FSP will look after the Client's best interests in the following key areas:-
- Identifying the clients objectives and priorities
- Developing the brief
- Feasibility studies on options
- Risk analysis and management exercises
- Estimating the budget and management program
- Advising on project team selection
- Establishing lines of communication and managing information flow
- Procurement strategy
- Devising control systems and carrying out value analysis exercises
- Managing the integration and flow of design information
- Encourage teamwork
- Co-ordination legal and other consents
- Tender evaluation and contractor selection
- Post contract time, cost and quality control systems
- Control, monitor and report through to project completion
